My role as the go-to chaos tamer and business wrangler has restored peace of mind and weekends to hundreds of private practice owners and their stakeholders over the last two decades. I strive to be the definitive answer to the Psychologist’s question: "Who can help me start up my own private practice?" and with over 17 years of experience working with thousands of psychologists and opening dozens of private practices, I have been called a guru of sorts.

In my 20 years as a business coach, I've spoken to hundreds of private practice owners about what makes them exhausted at work. Answers vary but if there's one thing in common that I hear from them - it's not having enough time to check their inbox and get back to people who called them earlier.

Managing admin emails can be exhausting - especially when you're a solo practitioner just starting your own private practice.

I understand what you're feeling. While it was fun and exciting in the beginning to see countless replies and inquiries coming in, it soon became a tedious task that consumed a lot of my time - precious time that I could have been spending on more important tasks.
As for answering phone calls, it can get tricky when it comes to finding the perfect time to get back to those potential clients and colleagues when you don't have a lot of free time on your hands.

My story is simple
I thrive on manifestation, hard work and finding success in unexpected areas.
At the age of 21, after being mentored by a Clinical Psychologist, I started my own consulting firm. This firm opened several private practices for multiple disciplines.
At the age of 23, I started my own private practice. This practice provided internships to pre and postdoctoral level psychology students.
Then, at 27, I moved to Australia and started to learn the ropes and cultural differences.
I have worked for 20 years and helped open Private Practices and have worked internationally with 1,000's clinicians.
I won't forget to mention that I also hold an MBA. So I understand all aspects of managing and running a business.
My knowledge is designed around strategy, administration, contractor and client engagement.
I've handed my knowledge to my team and they can share that knowledge with you
